NASM certified, Logan has an unparalleled passion for designing safe, effective workouts that make his clients feel, move, and look better.  His training style focuses on using audio/visual cues to educate his clients to a better understanding of their own bodies. He has a deep respect for his clients privacy, and so prefers not to incorporate any photography or recording into his sessions. Logan’s clients have enjoyed results including weight loss, muscle gain, sciatic nerve relief, rehabilitation from hip/knee/shoulder injury, posture correction, improved balance and coordination, and  decreased stress.
