Join us for our limited capacity small group classes at Sage. These will resemble (as much as possible) a pre-COVID workout at Sage that incorporates barbells, rowers, kettlebells, medicine balls, and all the other equipment goodies. These classes will be 12-people max and sign up will be first come first serve. As always, we'll be following COVID safety guidelines.
